Be Organized!
An organized space helps, spread all your work out neatly. Get comfy too! Less clutter, less stress!
Study With Friends!
Be sure to study with the right group. Test each other, have a little fun. You might have answers to each other's questions!
Don't Procastinate!
As much as people think it works, cramming all the info the day before or last minute can be stressful. Spread it out a bit.
Take Some Breaks!
Make sure your mind has its nutrients, get a snack and maybe a slurpee? Go for a walk and ease your mind from all the stress.
Think Ahead!
So you show up to school on exam day. You're sitting down, then you realize you have no supplies or knowledge! Think and plan ahead, make sure you got everything with you, and your lil' ol' noggin is in shape!
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY.....DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!
