John Green is one of most favoured writers amongst teens! And that's a no brainer: his characters and stories are relatable, witty and ultimately make you feel a rollercoaster of emotions!
The Fault In Our Stars by John Green is about a sixteen-year-old cancer patient named Hazel Grace Lancaster whose parents force her to attend a support group. At the support group she catches the eye of seventeen-year-old boy with an amputated leg named Augustus Waters. The two meet and they instantly click. While on their trip Augustus breaks some heartbreaking news to Hazel and both of their worlds fall apart around them. This book will make you cry, laugh and smile. If you enjoy reading a nice and not overly-cheeesy romance book, this is the book!
