Perfection
Perfection puts us down, always wanting to judge.
We never put it to rest, give it a budge.
We always comment on what we see,
forgetting who we are to be.
Perfection brings low confidence in our lives,
it is so common, so popular that it still remains and survives.
There is no such thing as perfect, but we still prefer it,
than respect. Nobody’s perfect,
we all have flaws.
Perfection leaves us with broken bones and broken jaws.
Does perfection have to be so confusing and tough.
Could we all just say that we are all good enough.
We always try to be the same, but we are all different
and that shouldn’t be a shame.
So why bother someone about their imperfections?
It will just take you in all wrong directions.
