Lazy Recipes for Lazy People- Tuna Dip
No cooking? No oven use? Healthy? AND simple? Sounds like the perfect lazy person friendly snack! Tuna is not only super simple to prepare, it also contains high levels of omega-3, which are the good fats we need, and beneficial properties such as mood lifting, eye health and cancer prevention. All in one little can! Try this super simple recipe for a light, fresh tuna dip.
What you need:
1 can of tuna
½ of a red bell pepper
¼ cup of chopped green onion
1 stalk of celery
mayo, mustard, plain Greek yogurt or olive oil
(To be perfectly honest, I just eyeballed all the measurements, therefore it can be adjusted to your personal liking)
Step One- Open the can of tuna and drain it and flake compacted tuna into a larger bowl
Step Two- Chop up the bell pepper, green onion, and celery into small pieces
Step Three- Add a table spoon of mayo, mustard, plain Greek yogurt or olive oil
Step Four- MIX IT ALL UP!
Optional- A pinch of salt and pepper for taste
You can have this with some crackers or toast, either are awesome!
