Banana Pancake Recipe

Easy, simple, awesome pancakes recipe! And all you need is a BLENDER. Just a simple blender!

What you’ll need:

  • Blender

  • 2/3 cup of Granola or Rolled Oats

  • 1 Banana

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • A splash of milk

Step One: Add your granola or oats into the blender and blend it all up as fine as you wish. I prefer a flour texture. (I normally use a coconut granola, YUM!)

Step Two: Chop up your banana and add it in along with your 2 eggs and your splash on milk. (I honestly love using almond milk of coconut milk, just for some flavor)

Step Three: BLEND IT.

Step Four: Pour it onto a pan that has some on it, and flip it when it golden brown

Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack!

OPTIONAL- On the side I have honey flavoured greek yogurt with chia seeds for added protien with mango and coconut granola and a cup of chocolate almond milk
