The Purge - Movie Review
The Purge Anarchy (sequel) is coming up this summer! But how was the first installment?
The United states prisons begins to overcrowd, with the threat at hand the government takes action by laying down 12 hours in every year that all illegal crime is permitted without any consequences. This night is called “The Purge”.
During this night a poor man seeks refuge within a house from a gang of teenagers that are set to kill him. We watch a family defend themselves from the gangs of the outside in order to protect this man, as there security system gets breached.
I would have to say this movie was slight of a disapointment . There was so much hype but not enough plot development. In my opinon, there wasn't enough gore for this thriller. There was a lot of good ideas, but the movie was just poorly executed.
