Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake
What you need:
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of sugar
- 250 grams of cream cheese
- Cookie dough
- Butter
Steps:
1) First separate your egg whites from the yolk and put them into separate bowls.
2) Next beat the egg whites until they are firm with an egg beater (preferably electronic).
3) Combine the egg yolks with your sugar and cream cheese. Use a whisk to stir the ingredients together until there are no more clumps.
4) In the bowl with the egg yolk mixture transfer the egg whites by folding them in but do not stir. Continue until everything is smooth and even. Your cream for the cake is now finished.
5) Take a pan and grease it with butter. This is so the cake won't stick to the pan after we finish baking it.
6) Get your cookie dough and cut it into pieces. Now lay out your pieces in the pan at the bottom. Don't worry about being neat and perfect. Remember to leave some cookie dough for later.
7) Now pour in the cream cheese filling. You can tip the pan a little to distribute the cream around.
8) With the remaining cookie dough you have distribute the pieces evenly on the top of the cake at random.
9) Finally bake your cake at 350ºC until it is a golden brown colour. When you remove it from the oven let it cool down before you eat it. Freezing it is also an option. Dig in!
