Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Well, we’re back to the magical world with the eight instalment of the world’s famous, J.K Rowling’s Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Although it is not written as a novel, all potter heads would love to read it as their imaginations takes them back to their memories rewatching and rereading the Harry Potter series. I surely did, since I’m kind of a Potter head too. But I assure that the plot of the story would not disappoint the readers, it is Rowling after all. It is written as a script by playwright Jack Thorne in collaboration with theatre director John Tiffany, and based in an original new story by Rowling.
The story is set 19 years after "The Deathly Hallows." Harry is now 37 (imagine!), married to Ginny, and father of three young potters; Albus, James, and Lily. It kind of feels strange visualising them 19 years older (yikes!), the setting atleast does not as it start off at King Cross Station, heading for platform 9 ¾, where albus is about to board Hogwarts Express.
The feeling only grows as Ron, Hermoine, and Draco Malfoy come in. Obviously Ron and Hermoine got married and have a young lovely (more like Hermoine) daughter Rose. But who wouldve thought Draco would have a son? The one and only Scorpius Malfoy, who then becomes Albus’s BFF (spoiler!!!).
So you would not want to miss the exciting adventures of Harry’s son Albus in the Harry Potter and the Cursed child.
